BIOAZUL will take part in Next Bite 2025, the most important annual event of EIT Food, which will take place on 15–16 October 2025 in Brussels.
This international gathering will bring together key players from the European agri-food ecosystem to discuss, inspire, and collectively shape the future of food. This year, BIOAZUL is honored to be organizing its own session as part of the official event programme.
Our session, titled “Water Wise Futures: Circular, Smart & Inclusive Agri-Food Systems”, will be held on Wednesday, 15 October, from 10:00 to 10:50 on the Net Zero Food System stage. The full event programme is already available on the official website.
During the session, we will address the critical and increasingly scarce role of water in agri-food systems, exploring innovative solutions based on circular economy principles, smart technologies, and inclusive strategies. Through real-world examples and EU policy perspectives, we will present approaches for water reuse, nutrient recovery, and sustainable farming, with special attention to the integration of gender-responsive approaches.
