EIT Food, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, is a Knowledge and Innovation Community dedicated to making the food system more sustainable from the soil to the plate. They invest in projects, individuals and organisations that share their goals to deliver positive impact at speed and scale. Connecting stakeholders right across the food system to drive change through collective learning, problem solving and invention. BIOAZUL has been part of EIT Food since 2019 and we have participated in numerous projects in the 4 areas they develop: entrepreneurship, education, innovation and public engagement.
