The Conference on the Vision for Agriculture and Food

On May 8, 2025, the Conference on the Vision for Agriculture and Food will take place at The Square in Brussels. The focus will be on the theme “Shaping the Future of Agriculture and the Agri-Food Sector.”

This event aims to bring together key stakeholders, including European agri-food sectors, civil society, rural communities, consumers, think tanks, academia, EU Member States, and Members of the European Parliament, to contribute to the debate and help shape an agricultural and agri-food sector that is attractive to future generations.

The objectives of the conference are:

• To continue building consensus around the Vision and its roadmap.
• To discuss and gather feedback on the way forward, focusing on the key initiatives outlined in the Vision.
• To engage stakeholders on the future direction of the CAP post-2027.

The plenary sessions will be streamed online. Registration is not required to follow the event via webcast.
