FRUIT LOGISTICA FEBRERO 2016, BERLIN

From 3 to 5 February 2016 will be in attendance in FRUIT LOGISTICA,Berlin about 2,700 companies in the fresh produce sector; including international companies, as well as small and medium suppliers worldwide. The trade fair covers the entire spectrum of horticulture:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Nuts and dried fruits
  • Packaging and labeling
  • Transport and logistics systems
  • Management of stock and storage
  • Press and media
  • Computer and internet solutions
  • Cultivation techniques

Against this background CONTRONICS with FRESHFEL present the UltraFresh technology and demonstration project FRESH-DEMO.

The FRESH-DEMO  project aims to combine innovative technology ultrasonic humidification and natural sanitizers to preserve the quality and freshness of fruits and vegetables throughout the all supply post-harvest chain  and contribute to reducing food waste.

For this purpose several case studies will be made by the project partners. In Spain, BIOAZUL will organize two demonstration cases: one with the transport of strawberries from Huelva and another with lettuce in the Levante area.

FRUIT LOGISTICA includes all business areas providing fresh products sector; a complete overview of all new products and services throughout the process. Thereby FRUIT LOGISTICA provides excellent opportunities to establish contact with key target groups at the level of decision making. Andalusia will have a significant involvement with the participation of 45 companies.
