INTERSICOP 2015, INTERNATIONAL BAKERY FAIR

INTERSICOP, the biggest trade fair of reference in the bakery, pastry and related industries will have place the next month of April, between the 13th and 16th days in Ifema, Madrid.

This event is an international recognized fair where several professionals will meet. On the one hand, a big collective of artisans as confectioners, bakers, ice makers etc. and on the other hand, several companies that are providers of raw materials, products and technology for this sector.

The main goal of this meeting is that the professionals of the industry explain their needs, as the same time that the companies providers of technologies show the innovations and solutions they can offer to this market, thereby creating a space for knowledge interchange and the ideal framework for establishing commercial relationships.

In this area, BIOAZUL will have a stand where will introduce UltraBAK Technology, a compact system of ultrasonic humidification, custom manufactured, that allows a optimum control of temperature and humidity, thereby offering numerous advantages for high quality bakery products as a reduction of energy consumption, reduction of production costs, better quality of the products and a longer shelf life.
